Jera A. Kantz, BA, LATG, RQAP-GLP, serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Alturas Analytics, Inc. Jera has over 16 years in the CRO industry as a Research Associate II and, after receiving her AALAS LATG certification in 2012 and RQAP-GLP certification in 2017, she assumed positions as Quality Assurance Auditor and Senior Quality Systems Auditor. She is incredibly passionate about quality assurance and, as a leader, her goal is to encourage others to be excited about compliance, leading to quality data and ultimately ensuring patient safety.
