We encourage employees to expand and refine their knowledge through participation in a variety of educational programs, including attending seminars and training sessions by instrument manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and scientific organizations. Additionally Alturas conducts in-house training on related topics.
All Alturas employees maintain current knowledge of GLP, SOPs, and laboratory techniques that apply to their job function, attend annual compliance training, and are current on all applicable regulatory guidelines.
