Dr. Lori Payne earned a BS in Environmental Biochemistry from UC Davis and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from LSU Baton Rouge. She has had a distinguished career in large pharma in addition to managing and directing growth and development in Contract Research Organizations with bioanalytical, discovery, and analytical groups in animal and human health. Dr. Payne enjoys maintaining business relationships and staying informed of current developments in the bioanalysis of large and small molecules. She serves as the Bioanalytical Chemistry Lead on the Alturas Business Development Team.


John Ingram

John Ingram earned a BS in General Chemistry and a Masters in Physical Chemistry from the University of Idaho and an MBA from Webster University.  He has worked in the business development and science and technology fields for over 20 years in both the government and private sectors. As part of the Business Development team at Alturas, John fills an integral role as an interface for understanding the bioanalytical needs of prospective clients and transfer of information to the Alturas scientific staff for assessment. He is also responsible for analyzing current bioanalytical approaches and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Maggie McMullen is the Chief Business Development Officer at Alturas Analytics, Inc. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1996 and has earned a Certificate of Leadership from the American Management Association in 2012. With over 20 years in the CRO industry, her primary objective is to strengthen Alturas’ business planning strategies, focus on building internal and external relationships and to foster company growth as a leader in the LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS bioanalytical field. Key to this position is identifying opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
